Poor Service

I stopped at Elegant Fuel Lephalale this morning where I was overcharged on my diesel with R567.00. There after when I asked why the amount charged was so high the "petrol attendant" ran round to the back of the petrol station to go to the manager. Apparently he said just to pay out the differece. All is fair BUT then I had to stand and wait and listen to a debate session in a language i do not understand. After almost 10 min waiting for this debate session to end and get my money I told the lady behind te till to just give my cash due to the fact that I need to get to work. Was the propper way not for the manager to come and appologise and give me the cash back? Really Elegant Fuel is this your standard? What proof did I have if i did not see the mistake made still at the petrol station? I am dissapointed.
