Bad Attitude, very Unprofessional and Arrogant

Its been 6 months since my hubby and I got married and we haven't received our wedding photos as yet. the photographer Roland from Focus Photography has been really nasty, very arrogant and unprofessional. we have made a full payment, it will be nice if he just refunds us the money if he doesn't want to give our photos. I would not recommend him to anyone. he has ruined our special day.
