Really a bad experience with poor service leaving feeling humiliated.

When I go there I kindly asked what it is that I am looking for, the receptionist told me to wait in the boardroom. And so I did, eventually a lady come to help us. I had to mention to her twice what it is that I am looking for, she didn't even know in which file to look for. She found it but during this time I saw another product I had been looking for, for a long time so I asked her about it, she didn't know and called someone else to assist.

And so the new lady came through to assist us, but immediately found something amusing about me. How must this look in front of a client? What if they really knew who I am, would I have treated different?

You don't treat customers this way, no matter who they are or what they look or sound like. Especially having to ask the same question three times only to get a proper answer after the third time, plus to be fond amusing during this period, having to ask what is so funny three times-?-

Still being in the boardroom, I overheard the lady discussing me with the receptionist, loud enough for me to hear everything I have just experienced. At this time I just had it.

So I walked out, thinking to myself they clearly don't want any business, if this is how they treat their clients, then I really do feel sorry for them. But they won't ever see me again.
