Worst service ever!!!

Worst service ever!! Went in to buy lining and approached a lady at the counter(refuses to give her name) she was more concerned with paperwork, no smile no greeting nothing. Points to a man who name is also unknown to me. He was so disinterested in assisting me and his disinterest was evident in his manners and facial expression. I was on a call at the time and he was more annoyed then anything else. I turn my attention to him and h says to another lady in store to take over as he needs to go to pick n pay! She too looked disinterested in assisting. I help myself to he fabric and match up myself. I was annoyed and went to the lady at the counter for the managers number. When I said I will call him immediately she refused to give his number and details. Also **** and said the manager is the owner expecting me to believe her. I spoke loudly as I was annoyed at her lack of customer service and became even more annoyed at the fact that she made an excuse of long working hours (12 hr shift) for the reason the service is so pathetic and everyone is so disinterested in assisting a customer! This is a task they are infact paid to do!! She refused to give me her name and the name of the staff, she then said she wants to cash up I must pay. I insisted on her name so I could email my complaint and she refused. I gave her my card to pay and she ignored me, I raised my voice and asked her if she isn’t going to ring up my sale and she said “I’m listening to you complain here” as her excuse for not giving me her name (refused) and not ringing up my sale.. she then threaten to call the security to escort me out of the store as I was voicing my opinion about the service and she had other customers in store. I said she can’t call security if I’m speaking! She said it’s my “constitutional right” to voice my opinion but I must remember they have reasons which she explained to me (reasons for bad service is long hours and no lunch breaks and exhaustion) She called the security to escort me out and I laughed at the stupidity of it all! My guess is she just called security to cover herself when her manager receives my call in the morning( she refused to give me his number Insisted I call next day) For the prices you pay in that store, the very lease you can get is service with respect and service with a smile!!!
