Sales lady just give the most expensive material

I went material shopping and the sales lady didn't give me a variety of options. She just chose the most expensive material. I went back to exchange it cause its not the right material... Only to find out that it was actually 3 time the price of the material I actually needed. When I paid the cash, the lady at the till actually told her.... Nice sale!!! So disappointed!!!!
