Please stay away from Elegance Aircons - no after sales support

I'm stuck with an Elegance ELPA-14 CH potable aircon and cant seem to find a replacement exhaust duct, particularly the coupler which connects the window hose to the machine. According to the brand's "praise singers" (Hifi Corp - I contacted Woodmead and Mall of Africa branches) the product is supp**** by Feintech Sales (Pty) Ltd and I was given some ghost number - *** (nobody picks up the phone) and I also tried them at ***, with no reply.. I think its time for Hifi Corp to stop this thing of theirs, of selling products from brands with no after sales support (they have been doing this for too long). I tried all the top aircorn spares company in the country and no one has any part for the Elegance brand. Now Im stuck.
