Solar Installer - Bad service! Faulty installation!

Shepherd is rude & condescending towards single white women. The installation was not placed where I wanted it, but in the guest bedroom. The noise was much louder than he cited. Charged me an additional fee to place in the next room (where I wanted it!)! Did not provide a COC until demanded. Then said I had to provide my electricians COC - he ***gy backed of that! (Many of his clients did not receive a COC from him!) One section was faulty, his solution was to cut off the earth wire to that section! The cable to the inverter was not secured in the existing electrical DB, 2 different sized wires were joined with silicon, these causing many faults! Refused to attend without payment! So much for guarantee!! Then said my electrician was the problem! Ultimately blocked my number!
