Expensive Electrospec

Good day, We've sold our house and obviously needed to get the certificates done. So we decided to contact Electrospec Fish hoek after receiving a fly from them in our letter box. It was R395/ inspection, the bad surprise came when l've received their quotations because they had picked a couple of wrong things... Almost R17.000 in total.... What a ******* knowing that my house was very well maintained ... I then decided to go for someone else and they charged me not even 25% of their quotation... At the end the monies are paid by the conveyancing attorneys to them and you don't feel it...
