Terrible service and more terrible customer care

This people's service is up to no good at all. We contacted them to repair our washing machine. We paid immediately the whole amount that they asked us. After that we had to constantly contacted them, they don't contact their customers at all. We had to phone and WhatsApp and phone almost everyday. After two weeks they told us the gearbox is not the correct one and they will refund us a day later. But we did pay immediately, so is that so wrong to asked them to do the same? The guy had an attitude from the start. Is this the way to run a business?? Terrible service, terrible customer care!!!!!!!!
