Electroservice / Justin Appliances are ********

They have no call-out fee indicated on their website, The technician( Justin Appliances) came to assess and he told me that he needs R500 to come out and see my machine , I asked him to troubleshoot telephoniclally but he insisted on coming to see my machine. Eservices /Electroservice and their affliated technician are ********. why would I pay R500 for a stranger to look and view my appliances. I showed Justin their electroservice website and no were does it mention the R500.
