I bought a fridge on Game store mall of Africa in 2016, A Defy Product. after a year the fridge stopped working a log , I reported the issue to the game store and they send a technician to fix.

however this year the fridge started having the same problems, this month alone I have logged 3 calls but still I don’t get a joy ,the fridge will work for couple of days then stop.

last Wednesday(***9) a technician was sent to my place to fix it and he replace some broken part, however when I got home later that evening I found out the fridge was not working again.

I called DEFY call centre and they told me they were going to send a technician again to check what is the issue Nobody came, on Monday 13/07/2019 I spoke to eddy their technician manager ,he promised to call me back He didn’t , I have been calling every day since Monday to get help and it seems nobody is willing to assist. Every time I call the centre I have been told they will send the technician ASAP. It been 7 days now.
