Electronic Logistics Bull

<p>Ordered a cell phone from Electronic Logistics in south africa a month ago. Was paid for, was advised that the phone was on the way and then advised that the driver had a near fatal accident, that they had ordered me a new one and then nothing. After writing no fewer that 36 mails and tried to phone no less that 23 times have had no joy from them in what so ever way. I asked for a refund and still no joy. They still advertise on other websites under Patrick or Anderson so ask that anyone out there be very carefull when dealing with them.</p>
