Electronicgadgets.co.za shocking srvice

Ordered and paid upfront for a drone on there online store as they are based in Cape Town and i am based in Johannesburg.Drone was damaged in transit while being transported to me by there driver and i never received the drone.They said they would refund me and that would take ten days.That was on the 3rd of September 2018 i am still waiting.They hardly ever answer when you call the warehouse in Cape Town and hardly ever return my emails.
