Terrible - service not delivered

On the 30/09/2017, I requested the services of this company to fix my intercom that is not working and provide one more remote for the gate. Craig McClune, the owner, quoted me R981 for the job and requested that I pay R631 deposit for the job, which I did. He made an appointment for Tuesday, 3/10/2017, but later told me he could not make it due to a supplier problem and that he will come the next day on 4/10/2017 but he never showed up. Today is 19/10/2017 and still he has not shown up. Since he does not respond to my SMSs, I have ran up my telephone bill calling him everyday to no avail. At least he should have the decency to refund my money so that I can get someone else to do the job, but he is no longer taking calls.
