Ineffective and unreliable

The star that I have given is actually a negative star due to the ineffective service that 'Lectronic Security offered us. I was phoned by their "support" to find out why my alarm was going off. I was not home and had no idea why it was happening. The lady insisted that it was my decision as to whether they should send someone to check on my premises! I am not sure how other people would feel, but I was shocked. It was not what we had been paying for. Originally the "Salesman" assured us that they were professional and new what to do when an alarm sounded. In my opinion this is just another example of what the public must be careful of. It has turned out a total waste of our money, particularly as we are pensioners. It could have turned out very badly. Apparently it was just a possible fault with the actual unit they had installed, although nobody has bothered to come and check that either. PLEASE BEWARE of people like that.
