EGadgets is a ****

I am highly dissatisfied with the service received by EGadgets, or Electronic Gadgets as they like to call themselves. Their ordering system is atrocious, with stock not being updated in real-time. This means that customers order items which might be out of stock or discontinued. A week later, you receive an email stating that the item is out of stock and they can offer a more expensive alternative. I declined and asked for a refund. Was this the worst decision? Perhaps, yes... Because it is now TWO MONTHS later, and after numerous whatsapps, emails and phone calls, they pushed the refund date back to a later date the whole time. Please do not waste your energy on this company... THEY ARE A ****
