******* Electrical Compliance Certificate Issued

During the process of selling our house it was discovered that due to lots of many electrical faults the original electrical certificate for compliance should not have been issued, when we first purchased the house.<br> We had qualified and registered electrician test all areas of the house on the 19.03.2015 and made us aware of the faults found. We paid R 950.00 and was quoted an additional R 2,000.00 to repair the faults. Our installation or electrical wiring was not upgraded during occupying the property and decided to give previous electrician an opportunity to repair the anomalies found. My wife called JD Van Rooyen (electromed electrician) on 20.03.2015 and he agreed to come out to assess the situation on 23.03.2015. I called him on the day to find out what is happening and he told me that he recalls our property and drove pass, without entering. After asking why he did not enter he told us that we must provide the other electricians details for both to come out. The other electrician agreed to come out at 17:00 the same day and then JD Van Rooyen came up with excuses that he cannot come out. Should there be know reply our attorney will proceed legally against company electromed
