WORST SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA

I ordered a diagnostics machine from Electromart SA on the 23rd of November 2017. On their website, the diagnostics machine was IN STOCK. I paid and ordered and I was promised delivery within 3-5 working days from payment.

Needless to say, the machine should have been delivered Wednesday, the 29th of November. Today is already the 6th of December and I still have not received my delivery.

This company is also completely non-responsive. They do not reply on emails, they do not answer ANY of their telephone lines and the staff is utterly *********** (they weren't even able to track my order once I got hold of someone!!!!!)

I am starting to think that this company is a hoax and that they have now taken my money without providing me with what I paid for.

Bad, bad service. Utterly disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
