Solar Charge Controller not functioning as advertised on website.

I ordered a Easton 20A Solar Charge Controller on line from Electromann. The website displayed the controller's main interface as having the function of displaying the charge / load voltage and current which was my main reason for purchasing this model of controller. On connecting the system up I discovered that the controller does not display the charge and load current as advertised. I requested that Electromann supply me with the the controller with the function as advertised. They responded that they will collect the controller and refund my money. I find this unacceptable as in my opinion they are supplying products that have not been tested.
