Excellent service Electromannsa and Fivestar electronic products

I bought a Fivestar 8kva inverter from Electromann two years ago. I received heavy criticism from the gurus and friends. The machine gave me excellent service until I had work done on my DB board and I accidentally touched the neutral to the neutral on the Escom side with devastating effects. i contacted repairers in Klerksdorp who blatantly told me they do not work on those inverters and do not even want to book it in. The inverter was sent to Electromann for a quote and I was waiting for a shocking repair amount. I was notified that the Inverter will be sent to the factory for a quote. One week later I received the quote for the repairs totalling R1 650.00. I was floored and could not believe the repair amount I had to pay. Electromann please convey my thanks to Fivestar for an excellent product and the service to back the product. I salute you. Even the Fivestar battery I purchased with the inverter is excellent.
