Electromann - rather buy from another company.

I bought a robot vacuum from them. It was clearly not for the South African market. The plug was different and instructions in Chinese. When I contacted them they said I can send it back at my own cost and will charge a handling fee plus test the product to make sure it works. This immediately made me suspicious and I bought an international plug to charge it. And guess what, the unit wouldn't charge so it was broken when they sent to me. So I still have this unit sitting in my cupboard because I knew they wouldn't refund me when I send it back
