Electromann Product

I purchased a 1080P 8 channel cctv Full HD system for Electromann SA, advertised on their website with 1080p cameras. Upon opening the Hi Look / Tronitek box marked as 1080P Full HD Kit we discovered that all 8 cameras were 720P cameras and not 1080P as advertised. After a few phone calls, angry words and much frustration Electromann informed me that the Supplier does not supply 1080P cameras with the kit I got, only 720P cameras are supp****. Electromann requested I return the product for a refund. The product was returned and they promised to refund the R 3 999, 00 as soon as possible. They also apologised. Clients who also purchased this product should make sure they received what they paid for and not a lesser product.
