Bad service

I bought an iPhone 11 from ElectroMania on the 3rd of January, I made payment on the same day. On their website they said delivery will take 2-3 working days. To this day I haven't received the phone, no communication from their side, I have sent numerous emails, DMs on their Facebook page, nothing. Basically I have been ****med. I have requested my bank to reverse the payment, crossing fingers that it works. Be careful what you order online. I have learnt an expensive lesson.
