Incomplete work and unresponsive company

Quinton speaks a good game before starting work but after the job is mostly done becomes unavailable and unresponsive via all communication methods. More than 6 months after the job was started I am still waiting for COC and all documentation around my solar install. If I am lucky I get an answer on 1 in 20 contact attempts which only leads to more promises but no delivery on those promises. Dealing with this company is one of the most frustrating experience of my life.
