Slow Service

<p>As a loyal customer of Electramechanica for the past few years I am thoroughly disgusted with the slow service for cash customers. We placed our order....waited over an hour ... on enquiring as to the status of our order we were advised it had not even gone for picking yet. We needed to see a customer so advised staff we'd be back to collect goods. On arriving back another hour or more later we were told it had still not been picked. The reason given was that the system is slow. This is completely unacceptable. One would think that the system would be tested prior to going live . There were other customers waiting when we arrived the first time who were still there over 2 hours later when we left without the goods. We do NOT have time like that to waste. Telephonic orders are not accepted . </p>
