Samsung tv under watrenty

My Samsung 55" tv still under warrenty stopped working on Teusday night (nov 12), black screen no image. Electrocorp was given the job to repair the tv on Friday (Nov 15) we were contacted by Electrocorp on Saturday (Nov 16) and informed us that they will send a technician to us on Monday (Nov 18) or Teusday (Nov 19) they never contacted us so I contacted them at 10h41 on Teusday (Nov 19) the lady at the Bethlehem branch (Rose) answered and promised to phone back but never did, at 12h09 OI contacted them again and Roose told me she does not know when we will be helped. I asked to speak to the manager but he was apparently out fetching his kid from school. Their service sucks, they are worse than Game and or Samsung. Pity there is no minus rating available, the would get a minus 10 rating. Reception lady very unprofessional.
