Problem with LG washing machine

I have launched a previous complaint about a LG washing machine. They have called me immediately and told me they will repair the motor under the warranty. The have spoken to LG repairs and told them that they will repair everything. Haven't heard of them since . Called the office several times and the lady will always call me back but nothing happened. Be sure not to do business with them. They don't have a word and are lairs.
