I want my TV fixed

I bought a 70 inch TV around June/July, a month later it started to show some lines from corner to corner, I called Samsung about the problem, a technician from electrocorp by the name of Bongani Tshabalala was sent in October and he took my TV, later on after some weeks when I try to find out how far are they I was told they are done fixing my TV, so I asked when am I gonna get it back.... Apparently they didn't know that their technician took my TV, they thought he fixed it in the house, it was after I wrote to you here when they said they will bring the TV which they did today 25th November almost 2 months since they took it, the TV came back in 2 pieces, the back cover aside, the TV is wet... I don't know what to do💔😭
