electronic center tv repairs

Electrocenter came to fix my tv. The communication board needed to be replaced. After replacing it I informed them that the tv color is not right. He said he will come and check it but never showed and is not responding to any of my messages. I have a Hisense TV and during the day you can hardly see anything on the screen because of the light. No calls are being answers and my messages are not being read.
