They are a fork truck repair company and they have no idea what they are doing. we had our fork truck engine overcalled by them and ever since it has been returned to us the fork truck as been breaking down continuously. the owner keeps making up excuses as to this is now not right and that is not right. they removed our gas regulator , saying the engine needs to be run in for 250hrs before they put the regulator back. In our company we use the fork truck maximum 3 hours on a busy day. We then asked them to bring back the regulator so we can lock it in our store or we are not going to pay them the balance. It took them nearly a month to bring back the regulator. we believe the regulator from our fork truck was used to repair another company fork truck. Reason for this is I got in another company to come give us a quote to get this machine running. according to them the regulator was not for our machine, the engine overall didn't require 250hrs running in time as we could use the gas. After paying them the balance once we received the regulator, we tried contacting them again each time the fork truck stalled. they don't answer the calls. OUR CONCLUSION TO THIS COMPANY CALLED ELECTRO WHIZZ IS THAT THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *******.
