Waiting for hours

Called electro surgeon at 8:05. I urgently need an electrician. Have a baby and no power. Sure thing sir some one will get back to you this morning. I told them I need it urgently. No problem sir we will get back to you shortly. 12:00 and no call. So I phone online electricians and they come in 20 min. <br> <br> Don't waste peoples time with your poor service. Don't lie to people about your delivery times. Pathetic service. Pathetic systems and processes. Pathetic business.<br> <br> If you use this company expect to wait a week for an electrician. It's not a real business. They don't take you seriously.
