Too busy to help

I phoned on Monday afternoon to book a electrician for the next day as the power keeps tripping. Was told there will be someone in the morning and they will call at least an hour before coming out - 4pm still nothing despite follow ups during the day. Now I am told they are "too busy".

Definitely not a company you can rely on.
