Poor service from electro surgeon

I called electro surgeon to repair my front door bell which wasn't working plus a few other minor electrical issues. The door bell worked when the electrician was there and this morning doesn't work. Apart from fixing a down lighter the rest of the electrical work I was told that I needed to get spares. For this I paid some R940. When I phoned today to complain I was told that the workmen indicated he had done his best but wasn't a specialist in door bells and should get a specialist! <br> <br> A waste of time and money!
