Extremely Poor Service

Extremely unprofessional. a COC service was requested. The people are 3 hours late to the appointment & only after 2 weeks my COC was given to me. They charged a ridiculous amount and forced me to pay then and there for the service? To get in contact with anyone there you have to phone around like a mad person!
