Bunch of ********/bull****ters

If I could give a zero i would. This is A ****. I paid for my puzzle and received no feedback. Few weeks later after venting on Social Media, i received the email below:

Good day Michele

My name is Ian, I will be assisting you today. Thank you for your order. The ordered puzzles are made per order, thus they take slightly longer to ship out. However, your order has been shipped. You will receive a shipping number via email in order to track the shipment. Average time from the ordering date to the arrival date is around 18 days (15-20 days).

I then responded and asked for a tracking number and courier and guess what no response. I have reported them 60 thousand times on sosial Media and even wrote on their so called page and nothing - facebook still advertising !
