Great sales and after sales service from Electromedics!

Excellent, excellent service!!! I bought my massage chair at the Home and Garden show in Durban. The salesman (Raj) was patient and friendly. As soon as I got home to Gauteng, I received a call to arrange delivery. The delivery guys kept to their delivery date and were very pleasant. Today I required after sales service, after sending an email I received a call after 10min from the office. The technicians were dispatched and sorted out my issue with a friendly attitude. The office kept in contact with me throughout. Appreciate the great customer service and service all round. You will never make a mistake investing in their products :)
