Electro Medics Massage Chair

Initially got great service and communication on a massage chair, until delivery of the very expensive chair (Chair is a comfy lazyboy style with massage mode and electrically moves up and down for mobility challenged persons - when delivered it was fabulous). One month later the wood splintered in the chair and the back of the chair collapsed, and after bringing this to their attention got no communication or assistance. Had chair fixed by own sourced carpenter and communicated with Electro Medics regarding the warranty, but have heard nothing from them. Service is not professional at all.
