Electro Mechanica, Zero Customer Service

Took an old Contactor to EM to get a replacement. Sheldon Van Den Berg gave me a replacement product which was incorrect. ( Coil was 24 V DC instead of 24 V AC). When I took it back to exchange it for the correct product, they refused stating the there were scuff marks on the ***** heads. Well, if they had given me the correct product in the first place, the scuff marks would be immaterial.
