Worst service ever!!!!

I would like to put in a complaint against Electro Diesel Auto in Bloemfontein. (1 Mackenzie Street).

We have a Ford Focus ST 2.5 2007, with a extended warranty. In December 2015 the aircon broke. We took the car in to Ford Bloemfontein, but since they do not work on aircons, they revered us to Electro Diesel Auto (Bosch).

They then went on to fix the aircon. I attached the invoice. When we took in the car, it was only the aircon that was not working, but other than that, the car was in good order.
We went to collect the car after the aircon was fixed, and something was not right. The car had no power at all. We took the car back immediatly.

First of all we gave them the car with a full tank of petrol, and got it back half way. And to test drive an aircon, I think that is a bit much. Then they check the car and stated that the cambelt needed to be replaced. We were very upset as the cambelt was fine before we took the car there.

They replaced the cambelt, and after waiting 2 weeks for the car, we got it back. My husband inspected the car, just to find an empty petrol tank and a big bump on the front end of the car. They argued that it was there. My husband insisted to watch their CCTV footage. The manager there Attie then confirmed that indeed one of his guys bumped the car and that they would fix it.

Now almost 10 months later they have still not fixed our car or contacted us for arrangements.

On the 25th of September one of the belts they claimed to have replaces broke and went into the cambelt. Which in turn made a big mess. The intake valves, and exhaust valves bent. We have moved to Pretoria in March 2016, so we contacted Cencar (Bosch) in Centurion to come and asses the car. The give some story about not being able to fix it on the expense of Electro Diesel Auto.

I feel that this is a disgrace and we have received unbelievably bad service. From the day we fixed the cambelt until it broke, we haven't even drove 5000km. If they claimed to have changed all the belt as per their invoice, then why would they snap so quickly.

Is there anything I can do, as I'm sure that that is not how PAYING customers are to be treated.
Our car is still standing at Cencar (Bosch) in Pretoria, and we also still expect Electro Diesel to fix that bump. Now we want to go get our car from Cencar (Bosch) and they are charging us R650.00 for collecting the car and R650.00 for bringing it back, and 3 hour labour for "investigating". But if we haven't done any business with BOSCH in the first place, we would not be in this position.

They have the worst service ever.
