Can someone please help?

Hi I just want to share the worst experience I had crossing over to 2020. First it was the on and off caused by the electricity in Mdantsane NU9. Shall I tell you, not all houses in that particular area we affected by this challenge but very few of them and those are 19 suburban houses and its been happening quite a lot.

After the on and off has been fixed, now the electricity is chocking us, all these 19 residences. We have been seeking help from various sources and nothing tangible so far has been done, things are still happening. Now my biggest fear is our children as much as we are vulnerable to this terrible situation as the adults, how much more are our children?
