SURVICE DELIVERY

on 13 October 2021 they came to put in pre paid Electricity at my dad's house, to find that the machine is faulty so the Electrician (Heart) took it with him to be repaired and that day they bay passed my Dad's electricity saying that they will be back the following week he did not leave the card for my dad to load any electricity what so ever. After a week has passed I call the electrician (Heart) to follow up, he said to me that he has requested a new machine, after another week I phoned back to follow up and he told me he loaded a new job for to finish the installation, I asked him how long it will take and he said we must be patient and the he might not even be the person to finish the job. In February 2022 there was someone at my dad's house but no one was home so they left a letter in the door with a number, I phoned the number and asked the lady if they want to come and complete the job please phone me so I can make sure there is someone home to open for them and she said to me that she will log a new job, up until 22 November 2022 no one phoned us. On the Morning of 23 November2022 a lady went to my dad's house and my aunt was there she opened for them to do there thing just to tell my aunt that they are gone put off the electricity because my dad tampered with the box , so I phone my aunt to speak with them to explain what happened. They said my dad is gone pay a fine for tampering with the box. My dad took off work to go see them on 24 November 2022 to go find out what is going on while he was there they instructed Heart to go finish the job that same day my dad told them take he he was under the incretion he is paying lights with he's Ekurhuleni account. Now they want to make him pay all the electricity since last year up to now. I feel like some else needs also be reliable as He did not have a electricity card or number to start with to buy pre paid. today is the 30 November and still no one has come and completed the job. I have been phoning from Monday to follow up but no one is answering the phones. For my Dad it is difficult to take off from work and even answer his phone that is why my number is on the system but no one is making contact with us.
