Unprofessional service

<p>I found their name on the web to come and do a COC certificate. After our first appointment, whereby the guy never showed up, a second meeting was scheduled for the Sunday. Again he got there late. He charged me R750 for the COC, provided some changes had to be made adding up to R4333, even after I told him I will sort out some things myself. Aparently the Earth leakage trip unit was faulty, together with some other issues which he now had to fix in order to approve my COC. Upon getting another qualified electrician in as I felt uncomfortable with EO247, the second Electrician confirmed there was nothing wrong with the main earth trip switch! He said that is how some guys do business, they take clients for a ride to make up for the cheap R750 COC. I spoke to the owner of Electricians Online 247, whereby he shouted and swore at me and said I must do what I want, he will not refund me, and that he'll show me what he'll do if I report him! These type of electricians give the industry a bad name.</p>
