TOTALLY DISHONEST PLUMBER AND COMPANY

<p>My bathroom sink's cold water pipe that links to the wall was leaking so searched online and find this company. After filling in two forms, they have called me back for quote and transfer me to the plumber (Brandon)...after providing clear description and sending picture of the suitation ... the plumber (Brandon) said he need to break the wall then fix it... he implys due to the complex procedure it will cost us for 1300, but when he arrive he just simply replace the pipe joint and no need to break the wall. The whole job just took he less than 8 minutes, but he insist to charge the same.... When asked why charge the same when is such a simple procedure... the plumber (Brandon) rep**** "you are lucky we don't need to break the wall" ...so I asked can't it be cheaper as it was a much easier job then breaking wall and etc, then he rep**** "I already saved you money for not breaking the wall" ... SPEECHLESS... WHAT A *******!!! <br />Furthermore their website said they will give you a R100 off from your final invoice when you fill in a form online but I filled in two forms and not even a cent was deduced from the final invoice...
