Poor services

My company had a electrical problem, we approached the 24/7 Electrical Solution, to do the quotation, we agreed with them and they request us to pay 50 % before the start with the work we did that. we scheduled a time and date with them so that they can fix, from 01 September till today they never come and when you call them they don't answer they phone. what the are good with is they will send you sms saying \ we are coming tomorrow
