POOR SERVICE INCOMPLETE SERVICE LACK OF SERVICE

Willem Jocabs is the owner of this online business and is doing electrician call out work himself. I contacted them to repair an electrical problem in our house relating to the swimming pool pump that trips the house electricity. He inspected and quoted me more than R4k. I said it was too much and wanted a second quotation after which he insisted I pay him a call out fee as well as for \some"work already done. He basically told me he will not leave the premises until the payment has been confirmed so I paid him. The same day I tested the system and everything tripped our electiricty! He came back and acknowledged he 'Forgot\"" something which he still had to do in our house. Subsequently our electricity trips daily and we cannot swich on our swimming pool. He now refuses to come back and fix what we originally paid and contracted him for.<br> <br> Bad attitude! Empty promises! A week of constant electricity trips"
