Not pitching up for appointment

We booked them for 10 o clock on Monday to disconnect the stove and to take out 2 lamps and replace them with other lamps. The contact number is ********** . We have tried a few times to contact them and every time they are almost on their way, and after 5 hours we could not contact them anymore.
