*********** and completely Useless

Started off impressed but sorry to say very short lived. Logged an email at about 9am to report geyser not working and received a call back to ask me to SMS my address and contact details and someone would contact me shortly...this was the impressed part because someone did call and said they could be on site at 1 pm...2:30pm two guys pitch up....get into my roof and supposedly change my thermostat ....in 15minutes.<br> Then present me with a bill for R1250'00. Which I thought was high but too late......so issued a cheque. 3,5 hours later I still have no hot water, so call Manie (the supposed plumber) who changed the Thermostat....was strung all sorts of lies about him coming back.
