They charged me for a new geyser, dragged a used old one into the roof and repaired the very old geyser. All the connections etc they charged me for were used to get the old one working . The geyser I saw them carrying what they told me was the new geyser into the roof. I have the independent insurance assessor's report proving it. There service was appalling and they were never on site when they said they would be. They come across as professional caring people but my word you use this company at your peril.
