Unfinished work; gone with money

<p>Ben gave us a quote in March2016 for fixing our alarm system after which we gave approval for the work.</p> <p>We paid him in full and the work was never completed - we since had to get another contractor to finish and rectify his poor work </p> <p>He is charging VAT but the VAT number does not belong to Electrical Secure.</p> <p>The cc number he uses has been deregistered and also does not belong to Electrical Secure (no t/a reference on the Invoices)</p>
