After setting an appointment, for 3.30 I waited till 4 and phoned, their excuse was their electrician was missing. They phoned back later to say if I cannot find someone they will come out later. Tried phoning back as I was let down by an independent, their phones were off. Its amazing in this day and age where people are begging for work, they cannot be bothered to actually keep appointments, just land up getting a litany of excuses. Finally get an SMS back at 8.49 pm asking if they can come tomorrow Will be a cold day in hell before I will ever use your company again<br> You have lost a client.
